Welcome Back! Our first two weeks together will be an Orientation for all classes. The lessons are the same for all 3 grade levels. At the beginning of the third week, the various grade levels begin their separate programs of study.
	8th Graders study Web Authoring using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX. Lots of reading and writing in this class!
	7th Graders study Web Animation using Macromedia Flash MX.
	6th Graders study Web Graphics using MS Paint, Inkscape, and GIMP.

NOTE ABOUT THE ANIMATIONS ABOVE: These multi-scene animations above were produced using the MYP Design Cycle. Students (1) Investigated Flash techniques, (2) Planned an animation using a storyboard, (3) Produced the animations with Macromedia Flash, and (4) Evaluated their own work and the work of classmates with online journal entries.
